At Nwando Care, we deliver person-centred support to people of all ages — whether you're looking for trusted in-home care, supported accommodation, or a safe, therapeutic children’s residential placement.

We support adults to remain independent at home or in the community, and we provide Ofsted-registered homes for children aged 8 to 17 with emotional, behavioural, or neurodevelopmental needs. Our services are culturally competent, trauma-informed, and built around the goals of every individual we support.

We work in close partnership with families, social workers, commissioners, NHS teams and local authorities to ensure each care journey is safe, dignified and outcome-focused.

Adult Social Care

We provide high-quality, flexible care across North and Central London to support wellbeing, independence, and recovery. Whether you need daily home visits or 24/7 live-in care, our adult services are CQC-registered, trusted, and responsive.

Children’s Residential Care

Our Ofsted-registered residential homes offer safe, therapeutic environments for children and young people aged 8–17. We support children with emotional and behavioural needs, autism, ADHD, or trauma histories — helping them feel safe, connected and hopeful for the future.

Each home is small, nurturing and staffed by trained professionals using a trauma-informed approach and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). We work closely with families, SEND teams, local authorities and CAMHS.
