Staff complete trauma-informed, PBS, and safeguarding training

Career pathways from Care Assistant to Team Leader and DSL

Level 2–5 Health & Social Care qualifications, including for children's care

In-house mentorship and community engagement placements

Staff at children's homes receive additional training in attachment, de-escalation, SEND and therapeutic communication
