At Nwando Care, we believe every child deserves to grow up in a safe and nurturing environment — one where they feel understood, listened to, and supported to thrive. Our therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed practice and helps children rebuild trust, confidence and belonging.

We provide high-quality residential care for children aged 8 to 17 facing complex emotional, behavioural, or neurodevelopmental needs. Our goal is always to support progress, healing and future pathways.

Diagnosed with autism, ADHD or neurodevelopmental conditions

Recovering from trauma or disrupted care arrangements

Requiring structured, residential care as part of their EHCP or social care plan

Safeguarding & Quality

Safeguarding is the foundation of everything we do. All staff are DBS-checked and trained in positive behaviour support, de-escalation and trauma-informed care. Each home has a Designated Safeguarding Lead. Learn more about our safeguarding protocols.
