Our Domiciliary Care services include:

Palliative Care

Also known as Advanced Care, we work with Marie Curie and Hospices to ensure quality palliative care is delivered and our staff are trained in End of Life Care and understanding how care plan changes impact ways of delivering support going forward. If we are not able to support our local network of hospices will ensure the right form of care and support is delivered.

Long-term Home Care

From 30 minutes to 24 hours our home care team supports adults with their active daily needs and ensures they are ready for the day, whether that is just to pop by to ensure your meds are taken to complete full personal care and involvement in all areas of active daily living.

Complex Care

Support to individuals with more complex needs, all our staff are PEG trained and are capable of delivering support to individuals with Tracheostomy care, Stoma Care, Acquired Brain injury epilepsy and Catheter care. This can be both in hourly home care and ongoing 24 hour care.

Enablement Focused Care

Typically known as reablement this is short-term care and support for a period of time following an accident or an injury that you need short term care for.
